The Jedi Apprentice Years was a personal fanfiction site with Star Wars TPM fanfiction by Cassia and Siobhan. The stories focus on Obi-Wan's Jedi Apprentice years.
All the stories on this page belong solely to me (Cassia), with the exception of "The Hunted" which is only half mine as it was co-authored with Siobhan. They are all non-slash, but usually quite torture-heavy. :o)Almost all of them take place in the 25 years between Obi-Wan Kenobi's birth and Qui-Gon Jinn's death and focus mainly on Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan's adventures as Master and Padawan in an often dangerous galaxy.
Most are stand-alone, but a few have sequels. They are listed alphabetically except when a story is followed directly by its sequel.

A Mile in their Shoes Rated: PG-13 When the young Queen-to-be of the Planet Radoon's life is threatened, Obi-Wan must go undercover to protect her, but just how far will the ruse have to go? And will it be enough?
Best Forgotten Rated: PG-13 A horrible accident leaves Obi-Wan sure that he can never face his Master again. He runs away, but danger and adventure seem almost as intent upon hounding the young Jedi as Qui-Gon does...
Concequences Rated: PG-13 A fellow Padawan disobeys and Obi-Wan ends up bearing the consequences.
Death and Taxes Rated: G Qui-Gon has to file Intergalactic Republic Income Tax. Humor-fic.
Deep in the Night Rated: PG-13 Qui-Gon is thought dead and Obi-Wan finds himself with a new Master, but what if everything is a lie?
Fair Days Rated: PG Obi-Wan hopes that an annual event that he has loves since childhood will serve to bring he and his Master closer together. When Qui-Gon is unable to go, Obi-Wan meets up with a lonely little girl and events go rather differently then planned, but prove that all things eventually work together for good for everyone.
Five Deaths to Die Rated: PG-13 - R An enemy from Qui-Gon's past threatens to ruin his future. With Obi-Wan's life at stake, Qui-Gon must try to end the time-continum he finds them both stuck in before it's too late. Will he succeed, or will he find himself facing a tomorrow without his Padawan?
Follow You Down Rated: PG-13 The emotionally devastating aftermath of Tahl's death sends Qui-Gon on a dark and dangerous quest that will in all likelihood end in his own destruction and fall. The only thing that might stand between Qui-Gon and the darkness that wants to have him is his apprentice Obi-Wan, but when even the Council thinks Obi-Wan should leave, will the Padawan risk his own life, future and soul to try to save his Master?
Frostbite Rated: PG When the Jedi arrive to negotiate between a group of settler/farmers and their grabby landowners, Obi-Wan is disappointed to be left behind. He is about to learn that no task is unimportant, and assignments do not always turn out the way you think they will.
Hold Onto Me Rated: PG-13 On an undercover mission, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan may end up placing themselves in more trouble than either of them know how to handle. With the fate of millions hanging in the balance, the stakes are high and any error instantly fatal as the two Jedi try to get to the bottom of just what exactly *is* really happening on the planet Nubus. But how costly will that knowledge turn out to be and are they willing to pay the price?
How Hard Can it Be? Rated: G-PG An aged, but beloved Master dies while on a mission to another planet and Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon struggle to bring his body back to Coruscant.
I Won't Say Goodbye Rated: G-PG An entry from Obi-Wan's journal the day after Qui-Gon died. Angst.
Kiss Rated: PG-13 While on a mission, Obi-Wan meets a strange girl with a mysterious past. While the Jedi struggle to bring peace to the planet, Obi-Wan finds himself losing his heart to her.
Lost Light Rated: PG-13 What was supposed to be an investigative mission goes terribly awry, leaving Obi-Wan blind and Qui-Gon injured. Now the two handicapped Jedi must try to survive the harsh and brutal Drojan Death Camps while the fate of a planet hangs in the balance...
Miracle Rated: PG-13 Lost and alone, Obi-Wan is dying of an incurable desease. Qui-Gon is desperate to find him, but time is running out. With death drawing near, the Padawan's only hope is... a miracle.
Misfortune Rated: G-PG Obi-Wan ends up in jail and tries to explain to Qui-Gon how he got there.
Never Go Home Rated: R A skating trip turns disastrous when little Initiate Obi-Wan Kenobi is kidnapped. After what happens, Obi-Wan thinks he can never return until a certain Jedi Master shows him otherwise. ***Warnings: child abuse and implied molestation***
Unremembered Rated: R Sequel to "Never Go Home" Years ago, something terrible happened in the life of young Obi-Wan Kenobi. Now, a strange and potentially deadly string of events is about to bring it all back. Tormented with the memories of a past he had not known, Obi-Wan finds himself wishing that some things could have forever been left... Unremembered. ***Warnings: memories of child abuse and implied molestation***
Revenge Rated: PG-13 A dangerous person with a grudge against Obi-Wan seeks retribution from him in a terrible way.
Runaway Train Rated: PG-13 A terrible attack separates and injures Master and Padawan. Qui-Gon is shuttled to safety, but Obi-Wan is left behind. Things go very wrong, leaving Obi-Wan with scars that not even Qui-Gon seems able to heal.
Sometimes You Learn the Hard Way Rated: PG Vignette. Obi-Wan is injured and Qui-Gon is patching him up. Semi-humorous.
Stormy Rated: PG Three-year-old Obi-Wan is kidnapped, but his captors get more than they bargained for.
No Tears Left to Cry Rated: PG-13 Sequel to "Stormy" Thirteen years after the events of "Stormy", Obi-Wan, now a Padawan, is accused and convicted of first-degree murder, cast out of the Jedi order and sentenced to spend the rest of his life in an alien prison. Will anyone ever know what really happened?
Test of Faith Rated: PG-13 An alternate possibility for JA 8. Things go amuck on Telos, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon have a blow-up, Xanatos gets a hold of Obi-Wan and traps him in a horrible place. In the end, the only way Qui-Gon can save Obi-Wan's life is to restore the broken trust between them.
The Hunted Rated: PG-13 Co-Written by Cassia & Siobhan When a mission goes awry, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon are caught up in a churning swirl of events that leaves Obi-Wan to the mercy of a cruel and unbending society and forces Qui-Gon to make decisions that could effect both their lives forever. In trouble and unable to turn to the Temple for help, the pair must try to survive on their own and stay two steps ahead of pursuit in a galaxy that is suddenly full of predators as they find themselves having become... the Hunted.
World of Enemies Rated: PG Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan survive a crash landing only to find themselves hunted on a hostile planet.
