Summary
Called to the planet Aragon to oversee a global election as representatives of the Federation, Kirk and Spock find themselves captive of corrupt forces who want to influence the voting toward their candidate. Can Spock's telepathic mindbond with Christine allow the crew to thwart the Aragonians' plan to destroy the ship?
