The H.A.T. Line is a quarterly newsletter published by the Beauty and the Beast (TV) fan club, Helpers Above Tulsa.
"H.A.T. (also "HAT") stands for the club's name.
This is a quarterly publication that provides fan information relating to Beauty and the Beast. It also contains stories, puzzles, and reports on national conventions, both future and past. There is also club information on upcoming parties, fund raisers, special events, elections, special projects, reports, contests, and much much more. [1]
