A well written, logical, very logical story of why Spock left Star Fleet and Kirk for years. Because it is downbeat and left me feeling dissatisfied, I cannot say I liked it. Yet it is another story I will re-read whenever I dig out this zine. [1]

Sad... I seldom read a K/S story with this type of "unhappy" ending. I liked their thoughts and what they shared and it was an interesting resolution that Kirk decided he could not be who Spock needed him to be... [2]
