The Blue Unicorn is a adult het Doctor Who anthology of stories and art about the 3rd, 4th and 5th Doctor. Media Monitor calls it the "first adult Doctor Who series." It required an age statement to purchase.
After issue #4, this zine became Blue Worlds.

The Blue Unicorn 1 was published in June 1988 (second printing October 1988) and contains 70 pages.

The Blue Unicorn 2 was published in 1988 and contains 72 pages. The type starts out bright red then part way through shifts to a brown/burgundy color.
