The Banzai Bulletin was a Buckaroo Banzai newsletter released by Geoff "Downtown" Tilley in Australia. Four issues were published in 1989, but it appears that the newsletter did not continue.
The editorial "From The Bunkhouse" for the first issue concluded:
The Banzai Bulletin will offer a broad spectrum of articles, stories, and such in its content, all in some way connected to the Buckaroo Banzai universe. This means not only the movie (or THE MOVIE) but the people who worked on it and their related projects. In the spirit of the zine that started it all, World Watch One, TBB will mix both the serious and silly for (fingers crossed) the best possible enjoyment. So, as we go in all different directions at once; thank you and LET'S ROCK AND ROLL![1]
Delighting in its own low-tech vibe, the newsletter was created using a typewriter, pens, scissors and sticky tape, a photocopier, and a great deal of love and enthusiasm.
