- title = title of the collection
- creator = the name of the vidder(s)??
- date = when the collection was released
- format = format of the collection (VHS, DVD, etc.)
- length = duration of the collection (e.g. 1 hr)
- genre = genre or theme of the vids collectively, if applicable
- fandom = name of the fandom(s), or "multifandom" if applicable
- externallinks = url where the vid collection may be found; if an individual vid is online, indicate where in the text below.
- image = if a suitable image is available, place file name here and format like so: [[File:Example.jpg|thumb|center|caption text]]
