- title = title of the AMV
- creator = the name of the fan creator
- date = when the video was first posted/premiered
- format = the original format (VCR, digital, other?)
- length = duration (e.g. 1:23)
- music = song choice; title, artist/composer, performer (indicate if instrumental)
- category = genre/type/category of the video
- fandom = name of the fandom(s), or "multifandom" if applicable
- footage = footage source (which episodes if applicable, non-fannish video source, etc.)
