Agatsuma Zenitsu/Kamado Tanjirou, also known by the portmanteau Tanzen or Zentan, is a popular ship in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba fandom between fellow demon slayers Agatsuma Zenitsu and Kamado Tanjirou. As of August 2024 it is the second most popular ship in both the anime and manga tag on AO3 behind Sanegiyuu. The ship also appears to be similarly popular in Japanese fandom[1].
Canon
Kamado and Tanjirou meet during the fourth story arc and become friends along with fellow demon slayer Inosuke. They often travel together and combine forces to complete their missions.
