Questions about nomenclature

Alternate Reality (AR), Alternate History (AH), Change of Universe Rules and Change of Character could be a way of Alternative Universe? As a subgenre or another way of naming a plot AU? And Transplanting AUs could it be read as Time Travel? We often give different names to the same thing and we don't always realize it. I can not see AR, AH ou CoUR and CoC as something apart from AU, but as part of it, for an alternate reality is nothing more than another universe, or a different timeline. And transplanting a character could be a time travel or creation of an alternate universe, even something that could be read as fusion (crossover). I'm asking these questions because it would be interesting to update this page and consequently the ones from crossover, fusion, alternate universe and time travel. Does anyone think the same?
