I'm the author of both references 7 and 8 (I copy-pasted my rec list (referenced in #8) when I replied to my friend Muse on Tumblr (reference #7). Both quotes are identical, except that one snipped part of the text. As I wasn't the one who added those quotes to the listing, I didn't quite dare remove one of them from the page, but I'd really recommend it be done. I'll watch the page, and if nobody comments in a few days I'll probably take the initiative to remove one myself. Thank you!

Re: The Section Header "Resurrected by TPTB?"
This section header is misleading. "The Powers That Be" would refer to either the showrunner of Trek (I guess that's David Ellison and Dana Goldberg now, as exec producers of the next film) or the copyright holders of the original show, which, as far as I know, is CBS. Since "Mind-Sifter" is being brought to video by a fan company, really the equivalent of video fanfic, is this header appropriate? I would think "Resurrected by Star Trek Phase II" would be more accurate. - StevenHWilson - 01/24/2015.
