Talk:The Four Banned Star Trek: TOS Episodes in the UK
Do we want to broaden the scope of this article to Banned Television Episodes generally or have an additional article?--æþel 21:31, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
- I don't know. Good question. A big part of me would like to see this as a separate article; I'm planning on adding a lot more to it. But if folks think it should be a broader page, then that works, too. A Banned Television Episodes page could have sections on episodes with purposely deleted scenes or lines, and the things fans did/do about this nannying: fan campaigns, fiction and art fix-its, tactics used to get "complete" eps to other fans, the differences now in information transference possibilities, general censorship, and all the creative things fans do to get around TPTB's decisions. --Mrs. Potato Head 22:31, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
- Well, if you have a lot to add, then why not have two pages? The other would be more general, and have this one linked to it. --Greer Watson 00:31, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
- Mediawest 1999: "MediaWest showed both "Earshot" and "Graduation, pt. 2" (two Buffy episodes that the networks refused to air), as well as the banned Xena episode ("The Way"),"--MeeDee 05:48, 10 June 2012 (UTC)

- Maybe this page should be titled "The Banned Star Trek Episodes" due to the TNG example and the German TOS example? --Mrs. Potato Head 01:57, 6 October 2012 (UTC)
