The dates and volumes are all messed up on this record. I think that the issues aren't simply #, #2, #3, but broken down in numbers and issues.

"Volume 2 #4 came out in September 1975. The next two issues (volume 3 #1-2) came out in November 1975 and February 1976. However, these issues were also labeled on the cover, for some crazy reason, as #9 and #10" from a personal email via the U of I.

Also, I see the cover of "issue 2" is actually "no.2 v.2" and it was published in March 1975. That puts another snarl on things.
