Talk:Pirate (trope)
There is no second Pirate article page so disambiguation isn't necessary. Naming the disambiguation page Pirate and then diambiguating the article page has it's priorities the wrong way around. However, I think the Pirate (trope) page should be moved to Pirate AU anyway because the fannish use of the pirate setting is what it's supposed to be about. --Doro 10:32, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
- As I said on the AU talk page I don't think AUs are the only fannish interest anyone can have in a trope and narrowing the scope of the page makes it less useful. I'm also not sure I get the problem with the disambig? Isn't someone searching for "Pirates" as likely to be looking for PoTC or Zine Pirates as much as for Pirate AUs? --MegR 17:41, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
