Talk:Nikita (La Femme Nikita)
The sunglasses thing is kind of unclear to me-- were sunglasses used a lot in fic? Because as it is, it seems more like a random bit of trivia about how Nikita's season one apartment was decorated. --Betty 16:24, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, to my (somewhat fuzzy) memory, it was one of those things that was fixated on and blown out of proportion to its actual use in the series. I'll try to make that clearer.--Nestra 16:27, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
- The sunglasses were also a huge part of vidding shorthand for the admittedly limited Nikita vids out there. I think it's a useful thing to mention.--gwyn 18:48, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
- I'd be thrilled if you could put in some stuff either here or on the fandom page about Nikita vidding. (Though I do know that Nikita also has a kind of feral vidding tradition. They call them "clips." I'll have to see if I can find someone from that side of the fandom.)--Nestra 18:54, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
- That would be fantastic if you could -- I come from such a different part of fandom and I never really got to know any of the folks who did those. I will see if I can conjure up something on vidding that doesn't sound too lopsided or vague. --gwyn 19:17, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
