You appear to have the wrong cover for issues #4 and #5 (at least). If you expand the cover image for "v.1 no.4", you can see in the upper right corner the claim that this is "Volume 2,#1". The title page in my copy also states "Volume 2 Number 1 // 15 February 1976". The list of contents you list for this "no.4" is the same as the table of contents for my Vol. 2,#1, even including all the errors in that table of contents, and the images are the same. The cover that you show with "v.2,no.1" is not from an issue I have, but enlarging the image shows that it states itself to be Vol. 2, #2. If you compare the posted contents from "v.1,n.4" and those from "v.2,n.1", you'll see that they are essentially the same, except that the former is more detailed on items included. It looks accurate with respect to the issues I have, but I see you've deleted issue #4 (V.1, #4). Are you sure that issue didn't exist? The included "Reactions and Reviews" for issue #3 begins "This is just a little letter of comment on Monkey 4." Of course that might refer to V2,#2, but they did call it "#4".
