I added dates from another source, but decided to move on before completing contents as right now, they're pretty accessible and can be added later. The pre-1995 name thing will be tricky. I guess that if there's an author who didn't write *after* 1995, the name should be shortened. But if an author wrote before and after 1995, then it's implied consent to use the whole thing.
