I added a link to the Mediawest FanQ announcement and changed the name of the award to match what is there. http://www.mediawestcon.org/fanq/2018FanQs.htm
We will need to source the "Leaving a fanzine collection to Dr. Beth guarantees that those fanzines will be returned to circulation in fandom." If this is part of her website or eBay store we can add it as a quote or link to her eBay page.
If it is not part of her eBay store, then we need to tie it back into some statement, even if a general one. Ex: "Some fans feel that leaving a fanzine collection to Dr. Beth guarantees that those fanzines will be returned to circulation in fandom."
