Is this author still going by her full name in fandom? Considering that she moved all her fanwork off bantrim.net and left a note there saying "Looking for the Fan Fiction Archive? It’s moved... and the names have been changed to protect the... er, innocent?" -- should someone maybe check with her to make sure she's still okay with her full pseud being publicised? -- Liviapenn 00:02, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

If she isn't using her original name any more, wouldn't it be better not to connect it to her current pseud? People who know the name she used back then and search for it should find information like "she wrote in X fandoms and removed her stuff in year Y" without going into too much detail. To redirect it to an entry with her livejournal and current pseud (that names her original name as an alias!) doesn't help to keep the identities separate. --Doro 15:08, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

I don't disagree, but the problem is, no where but her private webpage is she using that pseud, at least as far as most archives go. She's still archived and recced under the old name where I checked yesterday. So I'm not sure what to do to avoid what's going to inevitably be huge confusion or possibly, accusations of someone plagiarising the author's work under this name. --Seperis 15:14, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
