Capitalization of Title

This podcast doesn't capitalize the word "the" in its name. See: its Dreamwidth.

Furthermore, Fanlore naming conventions are "title case," meaning "the" shouldn't be capitalized. See: Help:Naming_Conventions#Capitalization.

Therefore, it seems like this page's title should be "Behind the Pod." Or is there something I'm not understanding?
