Stray Kids/Streaming and Voting Projects

Some K-Pop fans will eagerly stream their favorite groups music when it comes out in an attempt to show their support. They may also turn to YouTube videos on official channels to help rack up views.

Once Mixtape is released I hope all of us can hype each other to stream for Stray Kids. BUT do not force anyone to stream. A willing stan would be enough. And it won't make you a less stan if you are not into korean music streaming

Kingdom: Legendary War

Mnet had a variety show called Kingdom: Legendary War that featured SKZ as contestants in May 2021.

The means of participation was a little rocky for international fans.

It’s nice that mnet wants Kingdom to include international fans participation (streaming+votings) but at least you should make sure we can actually votes too, though? Don’t just announce global votes and then not caring about it at all

Thai fans donated[3] to the Stray Kids Kingdom Live Text Voting Event team[4].

Deadpool 3

In their performance of "GOD'S DDU-DU DDU-DU", the group opened with Felix dressed as Deadpool, listening to Stray Kids on his headphones. They also used comic-style artwork in the background of their performance, and an abstract form of Deadpool's face was on the screen prior to panning down on their opening. Some MCU fans, it seems, were led to believe that the performance was actually a trailer for Deadpool 3, in an attempt from Stays' to get more streams and votes to Stray Kids. A notable reaction was captured and was still being shared in December 2023:

Not gonna lie, it was a bit disappointing that many of their fans pretended their was a Deadpool 3 trailer out though. Neat video, didn't need to break my heart to make me watch it guys.

This encouraging reply to a Stray Kids fan is credited for having bolstered the voting and streaming of other fans[5].

Three days after their performance[6] was uploaded to the Mnet YouTube channel, Ryan Reynolds tweeted an image of himself holding a bottle which he autographed for Bang Chan, asking for an autograph in return[7]. The Stray_Kids official Twitter responded[8], and began a friendly exchange with both Ryan[9][10][11] & Hugh Jackman[12][13].

Fans created memes[14][15] and a video edit[16] replacing Hugh with Chan in a photo with Ryan, in response.

This gotta be my favorite crossover episode!
