Stingray is a Supermarionation series, a puppet animation show made for children's TV by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and aired in the United Kingdom, and in syndication in the USA, in 1964-65. It is not related in any way to the Stephen J. Cannell series Stingray .

Stingray was produced by AP FIlms for ATV and ITC Entertainment.

It consists of 39 half-hour episodes filmed in colour. It was the first British TV show to be shot entirely in colour: this was intended to make it more attractive to US stations gearing up for full-time colour broadcasting. Britain's Independent Television did not begin colour transmission until November 1969.
