Stay is a term referring to fans of the K-pop group Stray Kids. Fandom members have also referred to the fandom as a whole as Stayville. Stay fanrtists are referred to as Staytists.
SKZ has a saying, "Stray Kids all around the world, you make Stray Kids stay." This saying may be the origin of calling their fans Stay, along with, of course, needing only to remove the 'r' from the word 'stray.'
A Baby Stay is, as it would suggest, someone who is fairly new to the fandom.
In 2018 for the fan unveil support dinner, there was a cake with "♥ Stray Kids make STAYs stay" written on the side[1].
