Starbase Command was a Star Trek: TOS fan club.

Description of the First Meeting

Starfleet Command's first meeting on 74-12.14 was enjoyable, if not interesting, while at the same time, it was highly disorganised. After much difficulty in locating a meeting hall, one of our members found a small room available for us at All Saints Church (We had to clean out the yard of the church first, though.) The meeting room was nice in itself, but the neighborhood the church was located at was in poor condition as neighborhoods go, especially if you have people coming in from out of town. The actual meeting was broken between business and discussions, something that should be ironed out. Notice to anyone with rank above "yeoman": There is a new set of rules being drawn up, and all ranks are temporarily cancelled, until all of the new rules on promotion and elections come up. At the next meeting there will be an electionofapresident,vice-president, secretary and, treasurer.
