Star Trekkin' Austin was a convention held on September 17-19, 1976 at the Stephen F. Austin Hotel.

Despite its name and the photo on the flyer, it was more a con for fans of "Movies, comics, sci-fi, fantasy, and nostalgia." It did, however, advertise that it was going to show Star Trek episodes.

The same people who ran these cons also ran Starcon and American Star Trek Convention, which is shared the same P.O. Box address in Lewisville, Texas.

Star Trekkin' Austin is being brought to you by The American Star Trek Society. The Society brings its many years of experience in running many successful conventions. In the tradition of Starcon ' 75 and '76 & American Star Trek Convention '75, Star Trekkin' Austin will be but another great Star Trek convention. Be sure to be there!
