Star Base One was a Star Trek: TOS fan club located at the Hahn Air Base in Germany.
The club was for US military service members.
The club had monthly meetings, published a newsletter, and was run "according to the Star Fleet Tech Manual." [1]
It may have been the first of its kind in Germany.
