Space Husbands is a term from Tumblr primarily used to refer to Kirk/Spock as well as other fandom pairings.
An early use of the term was in 2010.[1]
The name was used for the Keith/Shiro pairing in Voltron: Legendary Defender. Notable is that they even share the same initials with Kirk/Spock.
