Sniper is a background character in the Newsies stage musical.
Canon
Sniper has been played by both men and women. They were referred to as "he" on their Paper Mill Playhouse trading card,[1] but are also called a girlsie by the official Instagram account.[2] Sniper is the child of Sam Wah, who owns a laundromat.[1]
