Slipstream BBS or simply Slipstream was the central forum for the television show Andromeda from its first airing until 2003, when, amidst much controversy, the site was taken down. Devoted community members archived the entire forum and moved to new boards, including Ex Isle Forums.
Andromeda writers frequented the boards, so speculation and fanfiction were kept carefully segregated to avoid potential copyright issues.
