ships100 was an icon community in the style of icons100 that allowed fans to claim a ship and create either 50 or 100 icons based on a set of 50 themes. It asked that participants avoid RPF, including using photo shoots of actors as image sources, and directed people to iconfiend100 for any anime or manga claims. As of 2023 there were 401 entries and 1,635 comments recorded in the community.

[x] As for fandoms, only movies and TV shows apply. No anime/manga (iconfiend100 already has that covered) and no real-life couples. In other words, you may claim Seth/Summer from The O.C., but not Adam/Rachel.[x] The pairing does not have to be canon! Slash, both femme and male/male, is most welcome as well. [x] When you claim a pairing from a TV series or a multi-part movie series, you can't claim just a specific season or film. For instance, you can't claim Buffy/Spike in season 6, it would have to be the entire series.
[x] Animated series and movies (that aren't anime/manga) count, but not comics.
