A continuation of the Ladyfaire stories first published in Life Without Limits I & II. The story focuses on Duke Vincent and Lady Catherine's grown children: Lady Vina, Lady Marguerite, Jacob and Charles. We read of betrothal banquets, battles, marriages, and sickness.Vina, who has been forced to live life as a recluse because of her differences, falls in love with a prisoner captured on one of Vincent's trips to fight the Welsh. Lady Marguerite also finds love. Jacob and Charles return after years away. Healer Marguerite saves her mother's life.
This is a complete unto-itself story, but the saga continues in Life Without Limits III.
