A twisty-turny sequel to Seduction that drags both Bashir and Garak down the dark path set out by Section 31--but which of them is Section 31 seeking to test? This story starts and ends with the dim view Bashir's life on DS9 has become in the wake of the events in Seduction. Bashir is able to reunite himself with one friend, Garak, briefly, just to end up dragging everyone's favorite plain and simple tailor through a jaunt in hell right along side him. The ending is depressing, but not unexpected, as Bashir is again resigned to his fate which is whatever Sloan deems it to be. Another good turn-out from Nightbird.
