Seduction is a "site dedicated to Ares, God of War, and Gabrielle, Messenger of Peace, as a romantic couple. This is also the fanfic archive for the ARES-GABRIELLE mailing list."[1]
On the index page it says that "This is a Joxer-friendly site!" In addition to Ares/Gabrielle fanfic the site has a section for artwork (manips and wallpapers), an explanation of "Why Them", a section for the mailing lists belonging to the site, links, writing tips and a list of beta readers.
- Reasons Why:
- Ares and Gabrielle have a spark of opposites, and it's well known that opposites attract.
- The little blond bard has given him a chase that few woman have.
- They have a battle of wills, and it would be great to see which one of them actually would give in first.
- War and Peace. Come on, it just fits.
- Ares loves a challenge, you can't get more challenged then someone who hates your guts because you're constantly trying to seduce her best friend/lover. (And yes, I do mean Xena.)
- Gabrielle loves dark haired, well built, leather clad warriors with extreme attitudes. Nuff said.[2]
