To borrow directly from the author, this is a story about Fraser wins a raffle, Ray doubts his instincts, and Dief is barely mentioned. But what is mentioned is a cruise, Sword of Desire, and Frannie's new red bikini. It all starts with a raffle ticket that Fraser wins because Frannie conned him into buying one even though he doesn't believe in lotteries and raffles. And of course he wins because Frannie fixed the raffle so he would win and take her on the cruise. But instead he takes Ray. On a cruise for the elderly. Then they meet this suspicious bartender who thinks they're gay and follows them around everywhere. And really, it all goes downhill from there because neither Fraser or Ray are any good at not making something out of nothing. [1]
