Sceo Week is a fanweek, prompt based challenge, dedicated to the Teen Wolf pairing of Scott McCall/Theo Raeken, also known as Sceo. Multiple types of fanworks are accepted including fanfiction, fan art, headcanons, fanvids, gif sets and other edits.

The original ship week was run by Sceo Week Blog from 19th - 25th October 2015 with the goal of increasing the overall amount of fanwork related to the ship. The stats page for the 2015 event has 77 submissions logged in total, across 6 different media types.

The next year this ship week appears to have run was in 2018 when it was hosted by Sceo Source who would continue to host the event on an annual basis.

Prompts

While daily prompts are provided each year, they have always been optional and participants are encouraged to share any new Sceo focused works using the sceo week tag.

2015

• Day 1 (October 19): Scene

Any favorite scenes, missing scenes or scenes you wish we got? This day is dedicated to let us know

• Day 2 (October 20): Song

Get inspired by a song. Create a lyric based fanfiction, gifset or graphic. Put a bunch of songs together and create a fanmix. Grace us with your video making skills.

• Day 3 (October 21): Past

Tell us about precanon Scott and Theo. How did they meet? What made them friends? Has Scott even thought about Theo after his friend left town? What were Theo’s thoughts about Scott right before coming back to Beacon Hills?

• Day 4 (October 22): Future

What will happen in 5B? Is there something you’d like to see? Is it possible for the person them to meet again 10 years down the line?

• Day 5 (October 23): Alternate Universe

What if the were rivals in the mafia instead? What if they weren’t rivals at all but just neighbors who are annoyed by each other? What if mates are a thing in the teen wolf universe? The sky’s the limit with this theme. Which reminds me, what if one of them was a flight attendant and the other was a nervous flier?

• Day 6 (October 24): Polyamory

Switch up the dynamics with by adding another person to the mix. Or let them be in a open relationship with the respective partners only to fall in bed with one another.

• Day 7 (October 25): Free for all

Post anything you like. Don’t let the themes constrict you or revisit a theme you love. Just have fun.

2018

• 1/22 First Time - Scott and Theo doing something together for the first time
• 1/23 Flashback - Something involving days past (4th grade maybe?)
• 1/24 Soulmates - Were they destined to be together? Did something go wrong?
• 1/25 Established Relationship - Anything where they are dating or hooking up
• 1/26 Kinky - Scott and Theo getting dirty!
• 1/27 AU - Could be canon-divergent, could be a totally different setting!
• 1/28 Supernatural Problem - Scott and Theo teaming up to solve a supernatural problem. Could be the apocalypse, could just be a knotting problem. ;-)

2019

• 7/14: Alpha & Omega — Our boys are an actual canon Alpha and Omega, so feel free to keep it in the canon universe or spice it up with a dash of ABO!
• 7/15: Secret Relationship — Whether it’s post-canon, S5, or as far back as 4th grade, Scott and Theo have been sneaking around behind everyone’s backs.
• 7/16: Mistaken for a Couple — Will they deny it or use it as an opportunity to finally actualize something that’s been brewing for a long time?
• 7/17: Alternate Canon or Alternate Universe — Explore Sceo in the Teen Wolf universe where something happened differently or dive into a full-on AU!
• 7/18: Crushes & Longing or Angst With A Happy Ending — Or both! Lets see some pining or some angsting, but let them get their happily ever after.
• 7/19: Mirrors & Parallels or Clothes Sharing — Explore the parallels and differences between Theo and Scott or have them explore one another’s closet.
• 7/20: On the Road and/or Bed Sharing — This screams “there was only one bed/sleeping bag” but anything with travel or sleeping next to one another fits!
• Bonus Day (7/21): Recs, remixes and other fanworks love! This bonus day is your day to make rec lists, collections of your own work, or love on the work Sceo works of others!

2020

• 8/2: Alpha & Omega and/or Mistaken for a Couple — Our boys are an actual canon Alpha and Omega so let’s explore that! Alternatively have them be mistaken for a couple. Or maybe have them mistaken for a couple because they’re an Alpha and Omega.
• 8/3: First Time and/or Badass Boyfriends — Scott and Theo doing something for the first time. Or being an established badass couple. Or they’re an established badass couple doing something together for the first time!
• 8/4: Soulmates and/or Only One Bed — This day is for soulmates, bonds, or other supernatural destiny. Alternatively Scott and Theo need to share a bed/sleeping bag/tent or have to sleep next to one another for some reason. Or both!
• 8/5: Secret Relationship and/or Clothes Sharing — Scott and Theo have been sneaking around, or maybe they’ve been wearing one another’s clothes, or maybe they’ve been super subtle and are doing both!
• 8/6: Kidnapped, Imprisoned, or Quarantined — Something has happened to one or both of our boys. Are they trapped together? Has one of them been taken? Or are they just being good citizens and practicing social distancing with the comfort of one another?
• 8/7: Deleted Scenes or Post-Canon or Alternate Universe — Something set after the end of the show, a scene that could have (or should have) happened during the show, or something set in a canon-divergent or completely alternate universe!
• 8/8: Scott Gives Theo The Bite - Was he trying to save his life? Were they forced into it? Or did playtime just get a little too rough? 
• 8/9: Bonus Day!! Repeat a theme, or do a theme you missed, or show your fellow creators some love and make a recs list of some of your favorite Sceo works!

2021

The 2021 ship week has two prompt lists, one geared towards fic writers and the other geared towards visual creators.

• 10/3 (Day 1)

Secret Relationship (fic prompt): Whether it’s post-canon, S5, or as far back as 4th grade, Scott and Theo have been sneaking around behind everyone’s backs.

Alpha & Omega (visual prompt): Our boys are an actual canon Alpha and Omega, so feel free to keep it in the canon universe or spice it up with a dash of ABO!

• 10/4 (Day 2)

Hurt/Comfort and/or Angst with a Happy Ending (fic prompt): Open wounds and memories, existential angst, bodily injury—life in Beacon Hills is hard, and sometimes all Scott & Theo need is a little comfort to get them through.

Dreams and Nightmares (visual prompt): What kinds of dreams do Scott and Theo have? About each other, the past, or some new adventure on the horizon. What happens when one of them has a nightmare?

• 10/5 (Day 3)

Is this a date? (fic prompt): Whether it's a stakeout that becomes something More or a deliberate invitation to dinner and a movie, it's finally time for the boys to get some quality one-on-one time.

Skateboarding and/or 4th grade (visual prompt): Time to give Sceo a break from supernatural horror! show us these two back when they first met or maybe reliving the days of their youth and letting loose with a day at the park.

• 10/6 (Day 4)

Protection (fic prompt): Nothing makes us feral like watching Sceo go feral! How do these two protect each other?

To Hell and Back (visual prompt): These boys have already been to hell and back. Explore what scars it left them with, or send them there again!

• 10/7 (Day 5)

Mistaken for a Couple (fic prompt): Will they deny it or use it as an opportunity to actualize something that’s been brewing for a long time?

Fall, Halloween, or Horror (visual prompt): It's time to get Spooky! Break out your best Mischief Night pranks for Sceo to pull, or dive straight into supernatural terror for this prompt!

• 10/8 (Day 6)

Season 6 and/or Post-Canon (fic prompt): Today is the day to explore these two between the scenes, behind the scenes, or in the future.

Alternate Universe (visual prompt): Explore Sceo in the Teen Wolf universe where something happened differently or dive into a full-on AU!

• 10/9 (Day 7 - Final day!)
