Summary
Bodie suffers from deep psychological wounds from his turbulent past. Ray thinks the truth will set his partner free. Through a series of adventures and emotional confrontations their relationship is strengthened and defined. Hurt/comfort and lots of sex in a good story! Explicit sex and plenty of it, so adults only please. [1]

Reactions and Reviews
This it the ultimate 'One Star' zine for me. I've read it twice, and each time completely forgotten the entire story within a few minutes of finishing. I seem to recall enjoying reading it, but absolutely nothing about this story is memorable for me. It's very weird, in a Twilight Zone sort of way. Good author, well-written, but makes absolutely no impression upon me as a reader. Evidently I'm not the only one who feels that way. While perusing the Orphan Zine bins at a convention in early 2000, I found at least *four* different copies of 'Scars' for sale, many of them from different printings. That many used copies of a zine for sale says something, I think.[2]
