Savage Says was a 1980 zine published by the same fans who ran boojums Press.
The zine had a very small print run, and most of its content is unknown.
One of the stories in it is by Kathy Penland. It is a Tenspeed & Brownshoe story called "It's Who Do We Trust Time." This story was reprinted in Syndizine #2 in May 1981, and is briefly mentioned in that zine's editorial.
