S.H.A.D.O. United States Central Control was the very first UFO fan club.
It published the monthly newsletter: S.H.A.D.O. United States Central Control Monthly Status Report as well as periodic fiction and art zines called SHADO Handbook.
This club is not to be confused with SHADO-USECC (United States East Coast Control) which began in 1979 after "SHADO-USC" ceased.
