Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead is a play by Tom Stoppard. It follows two minor characters from Hamlet – Rosencrantz and Guildenstern – and the absurd situations they find themselves in during the main plot of Hamlet.
The play was made into a movie in 1990 and starred Gary Oldman and Tim Roth.
