Ron Stoppable is Kim Possible's best friend and, eventually, canonical boyfriend. He is also shipped with Yori, Bonnie Rockwaller, Shego, and sometimes Tara. However, he is more often the subject of gen fic, or a side character in Kim Possible/Shego stories.
Canon
Abilities
While initially quite ineffectual in combat, Ron is granted near-mastery in the Tai Shing Pek Kwar martial art as a result of his exposure to Mystical Monkey Power. The power remains dormant much of the time, and tends to manifest only when needed. Ron is later introduced to the Lotus Blade, a shape-shifting weapon that he is able to wield telepathically via his Monkey Powers.
Nemesis'
Monkey Fist, one of the greatest living practitioners of Tai Shing Pek Kwar, sought the Mystical Monkey Powers to secure his dominance of the art. When Ron absorbed the powers in order to stop him, he became Fist's greatest nemesis.
One summer at Camp Wannaweep, Ron also drew the ire of a fellow camp-goer named Gil. When the camp's lake mutated the boy into the fish-creature Gill, he swore a personal vendetta against Ron, who he held responsible.
Alter Egos
During the series, Ron adopts two alter-egos. The first, The Fearless Ferret is a super-hero mantle he adopts from its previous owner, and he uses to fight crime and eventually do battle with the Ferret's arch foe, White Stripe.
The second, Zorpox, represents his dormant evil side, and is awakened by the mind-altering Attitudinator. Zorpox not only possesses all of Ron's abilities, but also appears to be much more capable and confident than his base persona, making his one of the more threatening villans in Kim's rogues gallery.
