Rhiannon is a 200-page anthology of slash fiction by Rhiannon.
It is unclear whether the stories were originally published as part of a zine or whether they were part of the circuit library; however US fans report reading the stories in 1992 as part of the circuit library.[1]
In 1998, all three stories were gathered and published by Gryphon Press.
Contents
- To Walk By Owl-light (64 pages)
- Veils of Morning (66 pages)
- Prelude...and Answer (68 pages)
Summary
All three of these stories are alternate universe Bodie/Doyle tales with historical settings: "To Walk by Owl-light" has a Regency setting; "Veils of Morning" is post-World War I; and "Prelude...And Answer" is set during World War II. "Veils of Morning" was inspired by the old movie Random Harvest. In the aftermath of World War I, artist Doyle meets a soldier suffering from amnesia and takes him in and calls him Smith. They fall in love, but when Bodie abruptly gets his memory back, he loses all memory of Doyle and his time with him, returning to his old life, though with the sense of something missing and lost."
