From Datazine #1: "A Star Trek zine with a different slant, Reflections in Amber features Shaura Ke-Arr, a tele-empath of the planet Ambril who becomes an investigator for the United Federation of Planets. In addition to the novel, 'Reflections in Jeopardy, it includes poetry, illos, and two short stories of her early days, 'The Door' and 'The Touch of a Stranger' (both reprinted from Academy Chronicles)."
