Quin'Lat is a gen Star Trek: TOS Klingon 97-page zine by Emperor Kahless Epetai-Baq. It has the subtitle: "The Story of the Promise."
This zine is written in the form of a bible on the origins of Klingon culture, as the rituals, ceremonies and way of life are revealed. In it, the Creator chooses a boy to take the teachings to the Klingon people, a boy he renames Kahless.
