Poems, Prayers and Promises is a adult het 122-page (one ad says 200 pages, so perhaps it was reprinted at some point?) anthology, a collection of stories and vignettes based on the lives and loves of Beverly Crusher.
Stories by Kimberly Junius with poems by Lillie Deana and Kimberly Junius. It has a front color cover by Barbara Caldwell with interior illustrations by Kim. While it has material of an adult nature and is occasionally erotic, it did not require an age statement.
From an ad in For Your Information #5: "Picard must come to terms with his past; Beverly takes a job at Starfleet Medical, and lots more fantastic material!"
