Pitch is a drama television series that aired on Fox starring Kyle Bunbury, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Mark Consuelos, Mo McRae, Meagan Holder, Tim Jo, Dan Lauria, and Ali Larter.
Canon
The series, set in the confines of Major League Baseball, sets its focus on a young pitcher noted for her screwball pitch who becomes the first woman to play in the league, when she is chosen to play for the San Diego Padres.

Ginny Baker/Mike Lawson, aka "Bawson" is the most popular ship. Mike/Amelia, Ginny/Tommy, Mike/Rachel, and Ginny/Amelia have also appeared. There are some gen fanfiction as well.
The show was cancelled after its 10 episode first season. A Fan Campaign to save the show was started. Pitch Street Team focused on getting Fox to renew the series along with trying to get a different network to pick it up. They mainly targeted Hulu, who had streaming rights of the season while it initially aired, but also targeted Netflix and MLB Network. Their efforts included sending postcards, hashtag campaigns on Twitter, and chartering a plane to fly over the ATX Festival where a Hulu executive was holding a panel.
