Phantomphobia is a series of two fangames for the anime/manga Fullmetal Alchemist. The first game, "Phantomphobia ~Ikai~" was released November 2004 in Traditional Chinese. An unofficial English patch "Phantomphobia - Outsider" was made in March 2019.

The second game, "Phantomphobia-Shinri-" is an alternate storyline to the plot of the first game. It was released in Traditional Chinese in February 2008, and in Japanese in August 2008. "Phantomphobia - Truth", an unofficial English patch was released in April 2019.

The story's protagonist is Edward Elric. Similar to the plot of Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa, he finds himself in a parallel universe where alchemy doesn't exist and tries to return to his own world.

The games contain slash romance elements.
