Phantom Phantasia is a Phantom of the Opera poetry 48-page zine by Elizabeth Bucchianeri.
From the website: "Poetry for the Phantom of the Opera 'Phan'.... This beautiful 48 page glossy paperback would make a wonderful addition to any Phan's collection. Featuring humorous poetry, and serious poetry for "Phantom philosophers" . Contains original illustrations by the author and explanatory notes for each poem. Based on Leroux's novel, films, musicals, and different Phantom topics -- there are many poems which fans in general can relate to."
Reactions and Reviews
I think the book is phantastic- the best collection of Phantom poems I've ever read! The Phantom drawings and other pictures in the book are beautiful- they add a nice artistic touch to accent the poems. All the poems are very well written and flow nicely, with excellent rhythm and rhyme. I also liked reading the Forward by the Author and the Explanatory Notes- very interesting info. Some of my favorite poems include: "At a Concert in the Theatre", "How Blessed, How Blind", "The Little Matter of Box Five", "Bad POTO Versions", "Apollo's Lyre", "A Jest With Leroux", and "Give Forsyth a Lobotomy!". This Phantom Phantasia book of poetry is a phabulous addition to a Phan's collection! [1]
