Horizon Zero Dawn
Petra is the leader of a settlement called Free Heap, where she is developing an experimental cannon-type weapon. She requests Aloy's help in testing it and defending the town from bandits. In conversations with Petra, the player learns that she wanted to escape the patriarchal culture in her homeland and find a place where she and the other residents could be free.
Horizon Forbidden West
Following the events of the first game, Petra can be found in Chainscrape, a town experiencing a work stoppage due to various local issues.
