Married couple who produce on of Australia's best-known fanzines, Time Loop, which is famous for introducing us to the latest fanzines - and STILL not losing subscribers! Time Loop has been produced since the Hartnell era (July 1981, but it seems to have gone on forever) and has produced more issues than any other Australian fanzine. It also has more spinoffs than Tom Baker's scarf. So it came as a shock to find that they will be ceasing publication soon. The Kennedys also helped out rather largely with the national Doctor Who convention back in 1984. Paul is a major at fan gatherings, whereas Tina likes to think of herself as the "forgotten editor". She's still under the impression that Doctor Who is male-dominated, though most of the regulars have been women and there are many active female fans in both Australia and everywhere else.
