Pat Harris was an early Star Trek fanzine publisher and fan artist.

She published the gen zine Infinite Diversity and also illustrated for the Starsky & Hutch letterzine.

Pat was active in the Bill Shatner fanclub William Shatner Fan Fellowship, was an on-site fan photographer in Golden Gate Park for the filming of ST:IV, and also published Sonni Cooper's novel, "I Celebrate Myself" as Infinite Diversity issue #6.

She passed away in May 2015.
